Jenell Williams-Pinder, Founder and General Manager

Jenell is a Quality Assurance, Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist with over 10 years of professional experience in various industries, such as Construction, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Education, and Technology Services. She holds an M.Sc. Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Delhi and various QHSE Certificates of training in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, API Q1, and Q2. She is also an educator, lecturing various Occupational Health and Safety Courses at the University of Guyana’s Institute of Distance and Continuing Education (IDCE). Most recently, she held the position of QHSE Specialist at TechnipFMC Guyana for 4 years, a leading international Engineering and Oil and Gas company. Jenell recently received her Fundamentals in Quality Management certification from the University of the West Indies in June 2021. She was also part of Accelerate-her 2.0, a prestigious business mentorship program facilitated by the Centre for Local Business Development (CLBD).

Latoya Farinha, Assistant General Manager

Latoya is an Environmental and Health and Safety Specialist with over 10 years of experience in regulatory and other industries, She spent over 5 years in the Environmental Protection Agency, where she was an Environmental Officer in the Hazardous Waste Department. She holds a Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Guyana and various HSE and Quality Assurance Certifications, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. Her knowledge of QHSE also extends into the fields of Logistics Management and Oil and Gas. Latoya spent 5 years as the Quality and Safety Coordinator at Tiger Tanks Guyana and at Repsol, both leading Oil and Gas companies. She is currently pursuing her NEBOSH certification in Health and Safety Management.
